As the Month of blessings Ramadan is here people have again gone crazy for the 'desi sharbat' Rooh Afza. It is the necessary element of Sehri for Muslims fasting. People use it with different ways like mixing it with milk, making a lemonade with it and even in various deserts.
The most interesting fact to know is that Rooh Afza is itself older than Pakistan and India. It was basically formulated in 1906 in India by a person named Naqi Ali Shah and gradually it started its manufacturing in Pakistan. And it was seen that 'AAGAYA TEY CHAH GAYA THAA KER KE'
Whenever the Holy month of Ramadan approaches a slight war on different social media platforms, specially Twitter, is seen comparing Rooh Afza with another almost same beverage named 'Jaam e Shireen'
Here are few tweets showing the healthy war:
One of the guy called Rooh Afza as energetic for people as Spinach was for Popeye, the sailor man
THE MOST ACCURATE COMPARISON |
One of the lover of Jam e Shireen faced a lot of hate from people who straightly un-followed her because of her hate for Rooh Afza
OOOOOPS! |
This is a never ending debate!
Which one would you choose??
OR
??
